The difference between pneumatic and electric dispensing valves

2023-10-10

There are two types of dispensing valves: pneumatic and electric. Pneumatic: The dispensing valve is composed of a cylinder, a valve body, and a glue outlet connected up and down. The cylinder and valve body are separated by a diaphragm to prevent glue from entering the air chamber. The valve in the glue outlet body is fixed on the piston rod, and the valve switch is used to open and close the glue. Especially, its glue closing adopts an upward suction type glue closing structure, which allows the glue to stop and instantly absorb and break the glue, reducing residual glue on the remaining needle head, and preventing glue leakage, wire drawing, and other phenomena during dispensing. The rubber valve body is anodized with aluminum alloy, and the membrane spacer is made of the latest tetrafluoroethylene material. The contact part with the colloid is made of corrosion-resistant material. Electric: including pump body and driving part, equipped with stator, easy to install. Adopting a stator rotor structure design, with good sealing performance. The rotor and stator pair form a self sealing structure, which is easy to replace. Through the directional rotation of the rotor in the stator cavity, the medium conveying function is achieved. The transportation process does not have any impact on the performance of the medium. At the same time, the motor can be reversed to easily achieve the medium suction function, ensuring the cleanliness of the medium and materials, no dripping, no pollution!

Pneumatic working principle: Compressed air is fed into the rubber bottle (syringe) to press the glue into the feed pipe connected to the piston chamber. When the piston is on the up stroke, the piston chamber is filled with glue. When the piston pushes down on the dripping needle, the glue is pressed out from the needle tip. The amount of glue that drips out is determined by the distance the piston is driven down, and can be manually adjusted or controlled in software. Electric working principle: Adopting a single screw structure and utilizing the principle of single screw volumetric conveying, the rotor and stator form a self sealing structure. The directional rotation of the rotor in the stator cavity realizes the medium conveying function
